I want to write quests for all of the "Forgotten NPCs," such as Minsc, Viconia, Imoen, Valygar, etc., and Minsc's quest reward would be either these Boots or the
Helm of Sanity, which is essentially a glorified Helm of Charm Protection that also grants immunity to Confusion, Feeblemind and the like, and also casts Good Berries once per day (for Boo).
