I tried to scan with Trendmicro, just to see whether it finds something that my on computer antivirus does not find, but when I go there it asks me for location, I tell it and then it says that I need to download something and install it, since I am using Netscape and not IE. Well I use Firefox and I downloaded what it said, but when I tried installing it, it told me it could not find Netscape, which is perfectly right as I don't have Netscape. So my question is whether I can make the online scan work with Firefox or whether I have to go back to IE?
Also on the top of the page after I clicked location, but before I got redirected to the Netscape-ish page Firefox told me it needed additional plugins. I clicked on install plugins. It told me the plugin was unknown and had to be installed manually, but when I tried to do so, it took me to an empty page.
