It is fairly easy to find the right one, if you look at the map, you will see one building that looks like the front of a ship. This is the right one. Another thing that will prove that you are at the right door, is that it stands a guard with a two-handed sword outside.
If you are at the right door, and Yoshi can't pick the lock, try bashing it in with your warrior. If that doesn't work either, have your warrior use Draw Upon Holy Might first, so he gets a higher strength.
