[img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] [/QUOTE]Bought a 8 year old 4 bedroom place over in Glenmore Park (Near penrith) picked up a bargin for $324,000. Guy wanted to sell. Had already bought his new house and was waiting on this house to sell so he can finalise his divorce settlement. So we got him down from $335,000.
Very happy with that & should be moving in in mid january.
