Aww, I feel sorry for the kitty. He seems really scared. I remember how my dog reacted the first time I put him on a leash. Okay, he didn't go all crazy like this, but he was extremely annoyed. He got used to it though, because I started early (when he was still a puppy and controllable and couldn't run very fast). This cat looks grown up, and it was probably the first time on a leash... no wonder he freaked out.
But... I still laughed at the man's screams.
