Firstly, it wasn't in quotes. Second, it's only 19 if you count repeated letters (for exampe, 't' is in there twice), which means your counting alphabetic characters rather than letters (yes, there's a differnce, albeit a very pedantic one). If you don't count the repeated letters (which is more technically correct), there is only 10, which armageddon272 and I both said, and got wrong.
