They're almost perfect opposites - uncopyrightable means that it can be copied (and noone can stop you), dematopglyphics are unique, and so can't be copied.

That would depend on what country you're in. For example, the US has quarters, Australia doesn't... and then there's the countries that don't have 'dollars' at all.
