It saying that you should do e2fsck -b 8193 is starting the file system check on an alternative superblock (8193). If you have to do it I'd rather try reinstalling cause e2fsck could just delete everything on the partition. BTW if you're going to reinstall I recommend you change your partition to a journaling filesystem like EXT3 or ReiserFS (is faster with a lot of small files.) You should have the choice while you install. EXT2 is pretty old.
