This should help you out a little bit, but Tactics Mae'Var may be a little bit tougher, but this ought to work.

Throw up any other spell protections or any good armor that can help you in this fight.
Have your conjurer cast Web and Cloudkill on Mae'Var and his allies which should be a good start in this fight. While they're in the web, keep hitting them with some good offensive spells (Fireball, Cone of Cold, etc.,).
Summon Insect Swarm (if you have it).
Have your (i'm guessing Yosh) bounty hunter drink Potions of Invisibility and try backstabbing the theives (not too sure if Bounty Hunters can do so) or just have him attack from long range with a bow and arrow.
