I'm much worse... I always use the Planar Sphere as my warehouse (even if I'm playing a non-mage class) and I spend HOURS (real-time!!!) organizing all my stuff in the chests... one for potions, one for scrolls and cases, one for jewelry, one for weapons, another one for armor, one for projectiles, one for the stuff I'm going to take to Spellhold (for Imoen) and even one for "Crap Nobody Cares About" (like Lavok's Journal, 'normal' armor and weapons, etc.)
