Indeed, Find Traps (and Detect Illusions, obviously, as it uses the same button) isn't affected by armor. The bug i'm referring to, though, will also allow you to Disarm Traps (and Pick Locks, and Pick Pockets) - and more importantly -
Stealth while wearing a Full Plate +1. [img]smile.gif[/img]
