yes anyone can take part on this, but as i said, instead of putting anything and everything for discussion, the picture will be chosen by the A.R.T.S memeber you PM
For example, you Pm Me a link to a drawing u did, then i'll take a look at it, and if i see potential, or sotmhing worth discussing about it, i all accept it, and it will be put to discussion. however if i don't like it, or somthing needs improving, i (or the arts memeber) will send you a pm letting u know how to improve it, and ur chances for discussion,
