I can understand, and relate, man. I was feeling that way for a very long time, myself. I think one thing that helped me, (Grrrr!!) was to exercise. truthfully, I think it really helps to just do a little exercise by yourself. I dont like working out with other people, for the most part, because I always feel like there's a competition, and the macho crap goes around. But, doing things like that by one's self does really make
me feel like I am accomplishing something worthwhile. I don't know, it might not be for you, but I think it's definitely worth a try.
BTW, the "Grr" was there b/c I got a phone call for another credit card just then. I swear, do they think i'm in college b/c I cant use logic?? Sheesh!!
