It's wrong, but saying that he deserved what he got can't be judged by us. Remember the words of Gandalf (of all people [img]tongue.gif[/img] ): "Deserves death? I daresay he does. But many who deserve life are now dead. Can you grant it to them? "
Or something like that. He's answering to a higher judge now. Let's just leave it at that.  Two deaths don't make a life.
