It seems some 22 year old girl had stopped breathing. Her uncle took her to the Vancover emergency hostpital and they would not admit her. The person on the desk dialed 911 so the uncle could request EMTs to physically admit the girl. By the time they got there the girl had died.
Does anyone have more on this story? I want to withhold comment till I know more.
