A little trick: When you find an image, and you have permission of course  , right click on the image, click "properties", then copy the url. Then put that url in between the tags I mentioned before.
I would recommend checkin out the sig thread, those guys are good, and they host the image for you. Mine is made and hosted by DeathKiller from there. Have fun.
