All I can tell you is pretty much what everyone else has, when they first start sleeping in your home, they're going to sleep as close to you as possible, new borns don't like being alone. If my animals couldn't sleep in my bed (because I have a tendancy to thrash about), they'll sleep under it or as close as they can.
