There is also an easter-egg for the ghost that connects back to archaeological dig on another map. If I remember this right, you give the idol from the dig and the ancient armor from the Ulcaster dungeon to the ghost to get a two-handed sword (?) called "The Vampires Revenge". The problem is that the sword stinks ... it drains hps from the wielder on every successful hit!
But guess what! The sword is actually worth more than a normal long sword+1!
