Well the card is like the back of a TV, all you need is a coaxial cable(usually white, you should have one if you have a tv) and it will plug into the card just like it plugs into a TV. I dont think that there are any TV cards with antennas in them, but you can get a pair of "rabbit ears"(portable antenna) and plug that in, but the quality is never as good as the one one your roof.
