In the room with the big crystal and all the kobolds, you should find a wooden stick on one of their corpses. Do I really need to tell you where to use it?

Oh, and by the way, Irenicus' Dungeon is what we call that annoying dungeon at the start of the game. The place you are now, is often referred to as the maze behind Spellhold or Bodhi's Gauntlet.
