Ilander...I guess now is not the time to tell you that cats that are injured or sick or SCARED will hiss and spit to make it seem they are larger and thus fend off enemies.

I'm sorry you didn't have a blanket or towels to wrap the animal in (so you wouldn't be injured- frightened animals will struggle and bite). I know you feel bad so I won't say more. Just remember that there is often another way to deal with these things and try to do what your heart tells you is right. [img]smile.gif[/img]
LB, darn...sorry to hear that about your folks divorcing. My own did when I was much older than you are. It's probably not really going to feel 'right' but if they do it amicably, you will do ok. [img]smile.gif[/img] And in my parents' case it took about 18 months for the whole thing to be official(NOT a friendly one). I hope your family gets things done and stabilized soon.
