A company called Gratis is doing a promotional offer to get people FreeiPods and flatscreens. If you're interested...read below.

Step 1 - go to and register an e-mail address.
Step 2 - go to and scroll down to where it says "Start Here" and asks for an e-mail address and password.
Step 3 - enter your newly created walla.com e-mail address and make up a password. Click "Next Step"
Step 4 - Fill out the text boxes with correct information and click Continue.
Step 5 - Click "No Thanks" to all the stupid survey things.
Step 6 - When you get to the e-mail referral page click "Skip this step"
Step 7 - Scroll down to the eBay offer and click the eBay link. Turn off popup blockers for this step, I don't think they interfere but they might.
Step 8 - Click either "register" at the top.
Step 9 - Fill out the information eBay asks you for and be sure to give them your walla.com address. This avoids needing a credit card.
Step 10 - Log in with your new eBay account and place a bid on anything. I recommend bidding on something like a '57 Chevy or a real expensive paintball gun. You'll also want to look for items with low minimum increments. After you place a bid, close the eBay page. You will receive credit for completing this offer in a few days.
Step 11 - Go back to freeipods.com and click the Refer Friends link at the top of the page.
Step 12 - Look at the bottom of the page for a URL. This is your referral link. Send this link to people and have them sign up and complete an offer. When you refer FIVE people to the site, you will be able to claim your iPod.

If you wanna do it for free flatscreens the link is

You need 8 referals to get that instead of 5 though.

For those of you who believe this is a scam, check out this site for proof:

This site can't be a scam because they're obviously affiliated with companies like eBay, AOL, and Columbia House (some of their offers that you need to complete). These are major companies and would never affiliate with a scam website. Good luck and have fun with your free iPod!
