Actually, I didn't skip that bit.

Add Block... oddly enough, I had it installed before... and I think that this started around the time I uninstalled it because I wasn't using it anymore.
Now, if only I could find the download manager tweak again... the one that makes the download manager a tab in Firefox instead of another Window...
