Well, all mods are designed to be installed over the latest official patch, as well as the baldurdash fixpack. So get that done first, if you havent already.

Then you install TDD. There is no weiDU version of it, so just ensure you get the 1.3 ToB compatable version. Or any other version + the latest patch.

Then move onto the weiDU stuff. Biggest mods first, although order dosent really matter. So tactics, EoU, imoen, sola. I would throw in ascension and redemption as well.

Soubar *cannot* be installed with TDD. Both are non-weiDU mods, and AFAIK there are no plans to make either a unified version, or a weiDU version of either of them.
