The alarm gets me up at 4:30 am for a shower, dress and out before 5:00am drive/ride to work. Get into the airport for a handover from nightshift at 5:50 am, then time for a quick cup of coffee before taking the crew onto the job at 6:05 am ready for a 12hour shift. Not all the time though, on nightshift its the same just exchange AM for PM
