Near the Power-Core in the Planar Sphere (in the most East container)

Mercykiller Ring:
Adventure's Mart, Deidre the bonus merchant sells it.

Boots of Stealth:
Mae'Vars Guidhall, in the same container where the documents are that you need to prove Mae'Vars treachery.

Elven Boots:
ToB only IIRC (Maybe Suldanssellar not sure)

Cloak of Non-Detection:
Sorcerous Amon in the Den of the Seven Vales in Waukeens Promenade.

Ring of Invisibility:
- Lich in the Crooked Crain (Gate District).
- Brennan Risling in the Den of the Seven Vales in Waukeens Promenade.

Ring of Air Control:
Adv. Mart.

The Nights Gift +5:
Quest reward from Minister Lloyd in the Umar Hills.

Shadow Armor:
Mae'Var in his Guildhall, he ware's it.

Armor of Deep Night +4:
Adv. Mart.

Gloves of Pickpocketing:
Yarin's room in the Copper Coronet in the Slums.
