Blizzard have updated their ToU on their website and it didn't state anything about it. However in game ToU is still the same.

Also the lengthy discussion about it in wow forum have been deleted.

Edit : just installed patch 2.0.5. looks like in game ToU have been change as well. So I guess everything is ok already.
