Well it could be your PSU but it would have to be defective or dying or something. A 450w PSU would easily manage that card and anything GW throws at it. I ran GW with a 250w PSU back in the day, on my old ti4600. So yes it could be an issue but understand, only if it is "broken". All your stats check out as being able to play the game. I would personally start looking at my vidcard first. Especially since you can isolate the problem when entering certain areas. The land around Shing Jea is alot more taxing graphics-wise than the monastery itself because of all the stuff in the distance (like the castle-thingy). Are you certain your ATI drivers are up to date (the catalyst drivers etc.?).
