arbane +2 with free action... I had it in the off -hand of my assasin and he got webbed. Ąż?!. Ive never had a problem with off-hand weapons not applying their bonuses, and arbane has always given me free action... so why did I get webbed ? anyone know ? (the free action icon WAS in the portrait)
