Green Items are usually Max Damage Weapons dropped from certain bosses. They can not be modded (I.e you can't add a Shocking string to a green Bow)

If you try to sell one to a merchant then they will only be work 35 Gold. Most Green items have perfect stats(except the ones on Shing Jea Island).
