Intereting, I'll give xfire a try I think. I used to have msn messenger open all the time before, but it got annoying having to alt tab for messages while playing mmorpgs, plus the little windows that pop up in the lower right corner would pop up but under the game. If I happened to click there in the game while it was there it would force alt-tab, and that was really pissing me off.

Edit: My new xfire account name is "lluvian". But I just realised it's pretty useless since none of my friends have it yet. Oh well...
