Wow, on my server I meet so many Hordies who went Horde after finding out it's where the adults play. The kiddies love being the alliance races -- NE Hunters, Pallies, etc. I do a pve server, and I bet you are right about rp servers being more likely to draw adults -- esp. to Alliance.

Now, the alliance is big enough that some guilds do have an awesome pvp team, but in all the PUGs that wander into WSG during levels 25-59, the horde wins a LOT -- 75% from my experience. When we lost, it was because one of these guilds was on, and we got put in against them, and they all worked together well and wtfpwned us bad.
