Although its completely possible, starting PvP at 60 is like trying to do an exam without having done the course
You should do it every now and then to get the hang of it, and learn what kind of role you like playing and how you must play to fit into that role.
Mainly because at lvl60, you will be expected to do alot more than you will at anything under 40-50.
