Personally, I don't really run into that kind of people. I see them from time to time acting like retarded monkey flinging poo in general chat, but that's what the ignore list is for.
Even on pickup raids everyone is mature. We run instances on Free for all loot and assign the loot after, and I've seen just one guy ninja.
Are you on a pvp or rp server? That would explain it, both have a tendency to attract messed up people, like the guy that has an horrible real life and want to take it out by killing, cussing out and griefing other players, and the one that instead try to forget by roleplaying a 16 years old nympho roleplaying a sexy night elf cybering in an inn and getting pissed when you disturb them, or all other such kind of people playing out their deviances.
