Yeah, try www.Newegg.com for refurbished ones even cheaper (they are reliable).

For anything MMO I'd go with 500mb ram at the least, personally. I got a gig of ram myself and will never go back - ever. I'd recommend it to all particluarly if you are operating on anything around 250mb and/or if you're running XP which hogs at least half of it. I had a friend who had 128mb of ram and was running winXP...it wasn't pretty.
