Good thread idea mate.
As for the fire wand - I think you will be hard pressed finding a wand with those stats off any collector... at least maybe not until WAAAY late into the game. More likely will just have to wait for a random Gold - item drop from a boss.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.
It would be great if anyone CAN help you out with that, though... because I've been looking for one of those forever.
