And I thought the paint fumes were bad in MY study...oh boy! LOL....so maybe you blinked and slept while sitting up....you never know...or maybe aliens came out of the monitor and hypnotized you...or... err.. I'm guessing you fell asleep or got to close to a bottle of glue,myself.
