Your odds are greater if you're overweight and older, but that doesn't mean it can't happen at a younger age. Jim Fixx, who was a guru of running and fitness, died from a heart attack at age 52 while in peak physical shape. Some may consider 52 old, but it ain't necessarily so...

And I came across this link that links how you react to stress with your odds of developing heart disease. Basically, unless you're cool and mellow about it, stress can kill you... [img]smile.gif[/img]

As for me, bring on the pringles, oreos, and peanut M&Ms. If I'm going to die, I'll die happy...
