I love listening to people talk about how it hit 80 degrees and thinking it is hot. Come here where it has been breaking 90 pretty much for the past two weeks (and we already broke 100 once this year).

And it's been even hotter around New Mexico and Arizona. And to top it off, my AC is starting to give out...

Mack and Cloudy, you sure you don't want me to come up and help out on your project?

At least maintenance would be easy at that point (well, unless you don't want weeds; I seem to kill all of the good plants, but can never seem to get rid of weeds...).
