Sometimes game glitches like that occur. I've had a glitch where my character gets stuck in a particular spot in a fight and can't walk anywhere. He/She can still fight, just can't walk. Just reload and it should be fine, it fixed mine anyway

Ps- Link, I think he is near the Earth Elemental Gate.
