Lauren - since when has being underage stopped people from drinking? I've been drinking (beer at least) since I was 15 (was always pretty tall for my age so I got away with looking 18 as you only have to be 18 in UK). In other parts of Europe they really don't give a damn so serve people in bars at around age 14.
LadyZ - we say "sh1tfaced" here too and "rat-arsed" and "off his/her face" and "drunk as a monkey" and "sloshed" and "slaughtered" and "mullered" and "hammered" and "trashed" and a few other great expressions
Which reminds me, it cracks me up in Blade 2 when Whistler is cured of vampirism and Blade says "how do you feel" and he replies "like hammered shit" [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
