Oh, you're talking about the ZIP file...okay.
You're going to need to unzip the ZIP file in order to run Shadowkeeper. Open "My Computer," find the place where you saved Shadowkeeper.zip, and right-click it. If you don't find an option called "extract all," you're going to need to download another program to unzip it. That program is WinZip, and you can find it at
http://www.winzip.com. Just download that, open the program, and follow instructions.
After you've installed WinZip, right-click on Shadowkeeper.zip and choose "extract all." Then open the new folder it created, and choose Shadowkeeper.exe.
Jamalez, please don't take offense at this, but if you're having problems at this stage, you're going to run into a lot more problems trying to figure out how to use a character editor. Try searching the backposts at Ironworks for information about Shadowkeeper, or at least read the ReadMe.txt file that comes in the Shadowkeeper.zip.
