I could imagine me telling my wife that just before we had Sydney.
And I do beleive it has nothing to do with how one cuts the cord. When I cut Sydney's cord I cut it about a 1.5 " out from the base and she still has a outie. I am sure the doctor told me why it is like that but I have to think more about.
And I am a outie. I had a hernia(sp) as a kid.
