Please also take note that by default, files such as *.dll is considered as system file and might be hidden from you. To unhide system files, do this:
1. My Computer.
2. "Tools" (from the top menu)
3. Select "Folder Options..."
4. Click on the "view" tab.
5. Under "Hidden files and folders", select "Show hidden files and folders"
6. To help you to locate the file in question, it is also advisable to UNCHECK "Hide extension for known file types"
7. Click "Apply" and search for the file again.
