Un-modded SoA there is only Celestial Fury and Malakar +2 (Asylym, Gauntlet).
Don't know about ToB (I'm sure there are more in it)
The Tactics mod has one great katana... Sanchuudoku, an acid based katana...pretty damn powerfull...  but that one is only available if you have the Imp. Tactics Mod installed (WeiDU)
With the Imp. Items mod you can make your CF a +5 instat of a +3 weapon...  real nice.
TDD also adds a nice katana IIRC... not sure though
