Most of the people who look like thieves accept stolen goods. Also, *Gorch* will buy his own stuff back.
And there is someone who will accept stolen goods in the *Bridge district, just southwest of the Five Flagons* who has an absurdly low detect pickpockets. The game I found out about it, I never failed with a bard straight out of Chateau Irenicus, only 105%, IIRC...

Thinking about it a bit, I bet I had already snagged the *Gloves of Pickpocket* so I bet my pick pocket was around 125%.
