How many days before the match?
Take a ball and go stand in front of a wall, start with 5 meters away. kick the ball to the wall and try to kick it back to the wall when it bounce back into you, repeat and repeat. after you think you have master it, cut short the distance to 4 meters,3meters and finally to 2 meters.
why? this will improve your eye to ball, eye to leg coordination and imrpove your judgement on the ball speed,dirction and your kick accuracy.
