I don't really hate congratulating people Mel, I just feel a bit fake doing it. Why? Cos either you like someone and then you wish them to be perfectly happy all the time and can't wish them to be any happier than perfectly happy even on their birthday or you dislike them and then you're just lying when you wish them happy anything.
