By the looks of things I am diametrically opposed to SGP, VVD and CDA. Any sites I find on Google are written in Dutch. Can any Dutchies give me a quick lowdown on these parties?
D66 is pretty much a central (neither left- nor rightwing) party, mostly concerned with the concept of democracy (with a focus on referenda on big issues and directly electing the Prime Minister and mayors, to name a few things). The SGP is the closest thing we have to a fundamentalistic Christian party; the VVD is a rightwing liberal party, focusing on strict immigration and reduction of taxes and deficits; CDA is a central Christian party that leans to the right and conservative.
Groen Links are the greens, SP a socialist party, Pvda a socialist party gone "mainstream" that has moved to the center of the political spectrum in the past few decades, ChristenUnie a more leftwing-ish Christian party. Lijst Pim Fortuyn is a rightwing party with a strict agenda featuring anti-immigrant sentiments, harsher criminal punishment and political reform in general - and their agenda is of a nature that I'm very glad that their party has been torn apart several times already due to internal strife.

PvdA, CDA and VVD are the three biggest parties, by the way. And the above descriptions are somewhat limited and general, but I suppose it'll suffice for now. Feel free to ask more questions.
