Nope, he;s talking about Gerhard Butcher ( something along those lines ) Improved Lich in the docks. She's in the building next to the Thieves'compound.
Newayz, she's very hard to deal with, as she reads her time-stops from a scroll (uninterruptable) and has some nifty spells + contingencies.
Im not mentioning the skeleton warriors and bone-golem yet am I ?
Unfortunately I cant really comment on the fight itself .. I fought her only once with a quite high-lvl party. I was getting kinda panicky, when I decided to let loose a mage with the SotM during a timestop. That happily dispelled a lot of her protections at the time, leaving her vulnerable to my fighters rushing in.
I think she fell during her own timestop, because of some after-damage ( might have been Sanchuudoku's work, cant remember ).
